Support Rules
• Include a URL with each inquiry, unless it is a private board, where the URL can be PM'd to the thread responder.
• If a support helper responds to a thread, all other support helpers should let that person handle the thread, unless in the case of the original helper being unable to help any further, or in giving incorrect/incomplete information.
• Upon your request/question being answered, please edit your original post to add [R] to the title. (Resolved, so we know that the issue no longer needs attention.)
