Just bought ACDC's new album in Manchester today, sounds awesome! (then again, it could be a CD of Angus YOung coughing for an hour, and I'd still say that!) Anyone else heard it?

Good gravy, surely you've heard Back in Black?! The new one really is a class album, typical ACDC 3 chord riffs with a screaming banshee over the top ;D KtF Joe

"Good" being the biggest understatement since Gordon Brown said that we have 'financial problems' for people with my taste, lol ;D
What sort of stuff are you into Josh?

Yeah. My friend just brought that and Back in Black and Highway to Hell to my house and I'm going to rip them to my computer. I do like AC/DC but, honestly, they're a bit over-rated.

Overrated? Technically, as a musician myself, I'd agree. Almost all their songs are 3 chord riffs! However, as a music-lover, surely theyve earned their legendary status?!

Yes, of course they've earned it. It's not how much they write, it's how well it flows & sounds, and the fact they can play spot on live.

And to do with the fact that Angus Young is easily the worlds best at keeping it going after tripping over wires
