Colors and color scheme:We've got a very interesting color scheme going here... kind of christmasy, actually. It's kind of eclectic. I would suggest removing the grey, actually, I feel like it's a color that's crashing the other colors' party. White on black is a nice, clean scheme, though, as far as text and backgrounds go, and it's easy to read. The red is great also, because it's light enough to read, but dark enough to not argue with the white. Graphics and images:The banner at the top could use some tweaking with some different images, instead of the same two repeated over and over. I would also like to see some customization, whether it be in the menu buttons or the on/off images. (However, I know images aren't your forte, so the ones that are there will do you a solid service, this is just for improvement's sake.) I would suggest that you find someone who will make you graphics, many boards fill design requests. Forum topic/theme and board content:FinMunch is a great theme, they don't get enough love as it is. I would love to see some more sections dedicated just to them, as their sections seem to be a little overwhelmed by the sections for the rest of the cast. Perhaps separating appearances from media from other discussion, or something along those lines. Well done for having your rules and announcements at the top (points for organization). Coding and odds 'n' ends:Your table code is off, try this instead: <table align="center" border="0" width="92%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" class="bordercolor"> <tr> <td class="titlebg" align="center"> <font color="FFFFFF" size="2"> <strong>>Affiliates</strong></font> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="100%" class="windowbg" align="center"> <a href="http://www.specialvictims.proboards34.com/index.cgi" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v110/VoodooWoman/Patti/svubannerv2.jpg" /></a> <img src="http://img406.imageshack.us/img406/9881/dianenealblinkieme3.gif" width=150 height=20 border=0 alt="The Unofficial Diane Neal Site"/></a> </td> </tr> </table>
(Note that your second image is not actually linking to anything.) I would suggest a welcome table for the little blurb at the top, plus to organize any other information you might wish your members to see on first visit. Lastly in the coding department, I would use the forum resize code (can be found in Proboard's Code Index), and resize your board to remove some of the dead black space. Overall:6/10 Great start to the board. You've definitely got the visitors, according to your stat counter, now it's just some organizational/visual things that you could touch on to knock the site out of the park.

Colours and colour scheme: I'll give you credit for having some gradients for your category titles. I'd like to see some other colours than black and grey. By the way, if you want to keep it the way you have it I'd either use a colour other than black for the other post cell and a darker grey for the first window background. Right now it kind of clashes in a way that makes my eyes burn a little.
Graphics and images: I have to agree with Trublu, your banner could do better with other images than just the two goin back and forth. Actually, why don't you use an image like the one you have at the bottom of your forum but have Fin and Munch in the middle and the largest. I'd also suggest using custom on/off icons.
Forum topic/theme and board content: I think you're doing a great job organizing things. But with your low thread count (which hopefully will rise as you get more members!) I would put more people together in your 'all things so-and-so' boards.
Coding and odds 'n' ends: If it were my forum... for starters I'd move the welcome table below the banner. I'd also move your blurb to a (c) in the global footers. It kind of to be assumed you don't own or have any affiliation with the show or the people. I'd re-size the forum. I'd suggest a nice welcome table in place of the news fader (then again I've come to hate news faders) where you can place all the important into you have.
Overall: I think I have to give you a 5/10. You've got a GREAT start but you have a good ways to go until you achieve anything near perfection. You are FAR from even a whiff of bad so don't get me wrong.
If you need any help with codes or graphics you can let me know. I'd be happy to help you anyway you need. You've got a great idea and I think you'll do well with it.
