Well i dont think i can really advance anymore on whats already been posted i think you guys got all the major and most of the minor points there
But yes a good admin is someone that joins in and interacts with the members and doesnt rely too much on the Moderators
myself for example i am active in my board i encourage members to PM me i even allow them to wander off topic slightly at times to have a laugh with me and vice versa
its all really about creating a good atmosphere and not just showing your the big scary admin dont you dare PM me thats not a good admin
